I spend a lot of time listening to music and podcasts. According to Spotify, I banked 169,945 minutes in 2023. That works out to about 7.8 hours a day on average, most of it while doing other things. Basically, if I'm not talking to someone or listening to something live, I have headphones on and Spotify open.
